Für Drinks der Extraklasse ist dagegen das von Bar-Ikone Jörg Meyer geführte Le Lion – Bar de Paris in der Hamburger Rathausstraße die richtige Anlaufstelle. Für eine auf 1.710 Flaschen limitierte Sonderedition bündeln beide Genussschöpfer jetzt die Kräfte.
Compass Box Chez Lion wurde persönlich in London von Jörg Meyer zusammengestellt.

Der Blended Scotch Whisky ist zum Mixen gemacht. Dafür hat ihn „Head Whiskymaker“ James Saxon den ebenso mit Eleganz wie auch genügend Intensität ausgestattet – für Ausdruckskraft im Cocktail.

Komponiert wurde Chez Lion aus Bestandteilen von Linkwood, Cameronbridge und dem beliebten The Spice Tree von Compass Box, die in einer Auswahl an Sherry-, Bourbon- und Moscatel-Fässern reiften.

So verschmelzen üppige Noten von Nüssen und Früchten mit cremigem Kakao und Eichenwürze.
