"Kavalan for beginners!"

With the Kavalan beginner set we would like to bring you closer to the world of single malt from Taiwan! Anyone who has been to our store knows how much we love the bottlings. This is intended to be a small insight into what Kavalan can achieve and where the journey is headed.

The classic Kavalan Single Malt was allowed to mature in six different barrels, including refill bourbon, sherry barrels and various wine barrels. Wonderfully floral, balanced with a light oak!.

The Kavalan Concert Master Port Cask was, as the name suggests, finished in a port wine barrel. This gives it its unique sweetness and fruitiness. For us one of the best!

The King Car Conducter is a tribute to the parent company of the King Car Group. How should you best describe him? I would say fruit salad! Wonderfully fruity! It was allowed to mature in eight different barrels, which makes it incredibly complex! Including red and white wine barrels, bourbon and sherry barrels!

Kavalan convinced us back then with the Kavalan Sherry Oak ! The single malt was allowed to mature in firstfill Olorososherry casks, which makes it so wonderfully full-bodied!

The Kavalan Solist Bourbon Cask opens the premium sector of Kavalan. The name Solist always stands for a single barrel! In this case a pure ex-bourbon barrel that brings insane notes of vanilla, coconut and tropical fruits.

Each package also comes with a tasting video of the individual whiskeys to give you the experience of a real tasting to take home!
