This 12 year old Deanston was first allowed to mature in bourbon casks and then received a short finish in Oloroso sherry casks. GlenAllachie 15 is one of the "core" range products from the Speyside distillery, which has been run by Billy Walker since it reopened. Edradour is the smallest distillery in Scotland and still showcases traditional craftsmanship. In this case, the bottling was stored in a sherry cask for the full time before being bottled at cask strength.
