A blended whiskey whose youngest whiskey is 7 years old. The whiskey was made from seven different grain and single malt whiskeys. It consists of 62% grain whiskey and 38% single malt whiskey. The whiskey matured in bourbon, sherry and ale beer barrels. These three types of barrels give the whiskey a special aroma. The whiskey contains single malt whiskey that was already produced on the stills of the Pearse Lyons Distillery.
