In the heart of Speyside , a region known for its distilling tradition, Jill Brown distills her London Dry Craft Gin in the first gin still built in Scotland. The still was constructed by locally based company Speyside Copper Works. In honor of her grandmothers, who made a name for themselves producing liqueur, Jill lovingly named the Pot Sill “Jessie-Jean.”

AVVA Scottish Gin is made with 11 botanicals, five of which are locally sourced and partly grown & harvested by Jill herself.

The old Elgin Cathedral inspired the design of AVVA Gin. The bottles from Smalll Batch production are filled by hand and are individually numbered.
