Edradour has been pretty high on the popularity scale of single malt fans since it was taken over by Signatory founder Andrew Symington in 2002. The unadulterated, sometimes very smoky whiskies from the distillery, located in the Highlands east of Pitlochry, are partly still produced using original equipment from the 19th century.
