A grain whiskey that shows how good a grain can be!
On the palate, this cask-strong Invergordon initially appears like a beautiful, old, ripe bourbon. The aged vanilla notes of the cask are prominent, but the whiskey is by no means woody or bitter.
Then there is an absolutely exciting change: in the finish you can see notes of tropical fruits, especially mango and cassis. The whiskey appears liqueur, beautiful, and round.
Sad that this bottling only made 140 bottles!
