This 13-year-old Highland single malt matured in a first-fill Pinot Noir cask from the St. Michael-Eppan winery, whose Sanct Valentin wines are vinified by Jakob Gasser, and was selected by Andrew Symington for Edradour for this special maturation. The result is an unfiltered, naturally colored whisky at 48.2% ABV, boasting intense aromas of cherry and blackcurrant, vanilla, and subtle spice. This limited release of only 840 bottles (distilled on February 22, 2012, bottled on June 26, 2025) delights with a long, berry-like finish and spicy wood notes – an exclusive collector's item for connoisseurs of exceptional cask maturation.
