The GrapeDiggaz uncover the treasures from the wine brandy regions of the world. Previously known for authentic Single Cask Cognacs and Armagnacs, the independent bottler has now created something new: a Core Range . The same criteria apply to the standards of the team from Wu DRAM Clan and Kirsch Import as to the single barrel finds: 100 percent transparency through bottlings personally excavated on site without any additives or chill filtration. And: an excellent price-performance ratio.
Two versatile cognacs outside the mainstream mark the start of the core range. To achieve this, the GrapeDiggaz worked closely with the innovative and established company Vallein Tercinier . A specially developed recipe is the basis for GrapeDiggaz Cognac XO . He blends distillates of up to 25 years from various crus, in particular the Fins Bois, Bons Boins and the Grande Champagne . Leather, spices, tobacco, chocolate and peach develop with slightly increased drinking strength.
GrapeDiggaz Cognac VSOP : At 46.3% ABV. It has a fruity top note that is reminiscent of young Highland malt . It harmoniously combines fresh green apples, pears and grapes with malt and honey.
The 4 to 10 years old VSOP is also an assemblage of different crus, with the Bons Bois setting the tone.
The GrapeDiggaz Cognacs are suitable for pure enjoyment as well as drinks . They are each bottled in small batches of 500 liters . Connoisseurs can already look forward to two XO and VSOP standard bottlings from the Armagnac region.
