The juniper spirit is the first legal spirit to ever leave the idyllic Hebridean island between Skye and the Scottish mainland. The distillery achieves the perfect balance of aromas with nine botanicals (especially juniper from Raasay's coast ), a berry-fruity alcoholic base made from barley malt and a two-part distillation - in a copper still and a copper basket.
