After three years of storage in new American white oak barrels, it matured for another five years in a barrel that was previously used to mature Pineau des Charentes. Bottled at cask strength and penned by our distiller and brand ambassador Kilian Jonscher, the whiskey impressively combines the SLYRS DNA with the unique aroma of the Pineau des Charentes.
