For the third birthday, the Wu DRAM Clan, together with Kirsch Import, selected three barrels locally in the Signatory Vintage warehouses. In keeping with the taste of the three founders, the whiskey trio matured extensively in traditional American white oak bourbon barrels. The Unnamed Islay 30 yo was distilled on the south coast of the island of Islay back in 1991.
