Die Lagerung unseres Mc Raven erfolgt zunächst in Rotweinfässern und abschließend in original Kentucky Bourbonfässern. Unser Brennmeister Julian Wellhausen füllt unseren Single Malt Whisky ungefiltert und nicht eingefärbt in unsere handveredelten Flaschen ab.

Bain’s wird in Column stills destilliert und einzigartig doppelt gereift, um das außergewöhnliche Geschmacksprofil zu ergänzen und die Innovation der Whisky-Herstellung auf der ganzen Welt anzuführen.

Der Whisky reift in First-Fill-Fässern aus American Oak, die bisher für die Reifung von Bourbon verwendet wurden, zunächst für drei Jahre, bevor er für weitere 18 bis 30 Monate in ein frisches Fass umgefüllt wird.
